Previous to my role as Head of Content at Kognity, I worked in a range of editorial roles including leading both projects and curriculum portfolios for international high school students.

I have commissioned and project-managed a number of Kognity titles across IB, IGCSE and GCSE curricula, and across science and humanities subjects. I also worked hard to establish, maintain and refine process - the team that I left was light years away in efficiency and quality from the team that I joined (not just because of me, obviously).

Some of my main focuses included:

• leading Kognity’s market entry into the UK GCSE curriculum including setting the vision for the curriculum, project managing our whole suite of subjects, and working closely with the commercial team to support users and gather feedback.

• completing market research and proposal for Kognity’s suite of new IBDP Language Acquisition resources.

• project-managing and providing wider product and commercial support for 24 new or curriculum-change subjects over a 4-year period.

• leading and supporting implementation and refinement of editorial processes.

• coaching and mentoring team members in a range of different roles.
